Application Review Process

All applications are subject to eligibility review, interviews, board review, and the Association's formal appointment procedures. Submission does not constitute appointment to any board or leadership role.

   Submit application

   Complete the online application in your preferred language.

   Initial review

   Eligibility and mission alignment are reviewed by the recruitment team.

   Conversation and needs interview

   A structured conversation about contribution, needs and expectations.

4. 4

   Board review and formal process

   Review by the board following the Association's formal appointment procedures.

5. 5

   Join the board or a thematic CoP/project task force

   Appointment as a director, or an invitation to a CoP or project task force.

Possible outcomes

• Invitation to continue in the formal appointment process for a board director position, subject to board review.
• Invitation to join the AI and digital transformation Community of Practice as a core member.
• Invitation to join a thematic project task force.
• Application kept on file for a future cohort, or declined with thanks.

Reviewers treat all applications as confidential. Internal notes and applicant data are never published.
